RSSor: Tag the feeds in your reader...
TestPad: "If you find a site you like that has a RSS or Atom feed, you can add the feed to RSSor, and tag it as seems good to you. On the main page you can see all the feeds that other users have added, and copy any that interest you to your own page. In your page you see the feeds that you've added, and any updates that are made to them day-by-day. You can read each new update within RSSor, and there's a link to the permalink of each post, a button that allows you to see if anyone has posted it to, and a button that enables you to add it to yourself."

So you manage an account at the site / feed level instead of at the post level... Interesting.
