Technorati Mini on your site, not in your Browser?
How long is a new service out there before it is poked, prodded and generally hacked to suit. Well... not very long... After the hackery detailed in the previous post, Fritz at has code to put Technorati Mini results in the sidebar of your site. Pretty cool. I wonder if it refreshes every minute, or just loads once when the page loads? Fritz?

The full Minisearch box is composed of three frames -- a top frame, a bottom frame, and the middle frame which contains the search content.

I only include the middle frame, so once the content is pulled up it doesn't get auto-updated.

The top frame is where the 60-second auto-update magic occurs with some Javascript. The bottom frame is Google Ads.

It's not too difficult to implement this auto-refresh feature with Javascript. I suppose I can leave that as an excercise for the student :-)
